Venus–Saturn crossing
Love that takes its time. Where a Venus line crosses a Saturn line on your map, both planets were on angles at the moment you were born, and the latitude through that point is a Venus–Saturn paran.

What the Venus–Saturn crossing means
Traditional astrology set Venus and Saturn at opposite ends, the lesser benefic and the greater malefic, and people who find this crossing on their map usually expect it to cancel love out. It doesn't read that way. Astrocartography sees Saturn on Venus as affection with terms attached: slow courtship, partners who mean it, friendships that take years to form and then hold, pleasure that has to be earned or paid for.
Saturn on the Descendant crossing Venus on the IC is the classic one for marriage with a house attached: a partner who wants to settle, a mortgage signed together, a home that's lovely and also a great deal of work. Venus setting across Saturn on the MC ties love to standing, often through a partner older or better established than you, or one met through a profession. With Venus on the MC and Saturn rising the pair turns to craft rather than romance: restoration, architecture, instrument making, design that has to stand up for decades.
Warmth is what a Venus–Saturn crossing can run short of. Affection starts to feel like a duty and fun like something to book in advance, and loneliness turns up in the readings, more so for night births, since Saturn is read as easier on people born with the Sun above the horizon. A natal Venus square or opposite Saturn is the aspect to check before anything else, because this is where it comes to the surface.
Where they meet on your map
Your Venus MC and IC lines run from pole to pole, and so do your Saturn ones, so those four never meet. Each of them crosses the other planet's rising and setting curve once, which makes up to four crossings of a meridian line with a horizon line, and the rising and setting curves of the two can cross each other as well. Where they fall depends on the moment you were born: every chart has them, though some land in the middle of an ocean or too near a pole to be drawn.
At a crossing both planets were on angles in the same place at the same moment. Move east or west along that latitude and the same two still reach their angles together, only at another time of day, so astrocartography reads the whole latitude as a Venus–Saturn paran. Zenith Map draws it as a band 1° (about 110 km) either side, and its weight in a place's score fades with distance from the latitude.
Birth time
A wrong birth time moves every line, and the crossings with them: an hour's error puts each crossing 15° of longitude east or west, more than 1,600 km at the equator. The paran latitude hardly moves, because it depends on where the two planets were in the sky rather than on the time of day; in the engine's test charts an hour shifts it by about a tenth of a degree or less nine times out of ten. With an uncertain birth time, trust the paran before the crossing. What a doubtful birth time does to a map.
Questions
Is the Venus–Saturn crossing bad for love?
It's hard on casual romance and good for commitment. The tradition reads it as slow courtship, serious or older partners and relationships that hold once they start. Anyone wanting something light will feel it as a drag; anyone wanting a marriage may find it steadier than a Venus line on its own.
Is a Venus–Saturn paran good for money?
For money that's kept more than money that flows. The pairing is read as careful: modest spending, long investments, property, and income from crafts or work that takes years to pay. It's poor ground for quick, easy earnings.
Can a Venus–Saturn crossing be good for artists?
For artists who need discipline more than inspiration, often yes. Saturn on Venus is read as craft: hours of practice, restoration, design and building meant to last. It is less kind to work that depends on spontaneity or on being liked quickly.
