Who we are

Zenith Map (zenithmap.com) is operated by Fractal Technologies - FZCO (trade licence 34972, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority), Unit 34972-001, IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the site, create an account or buy Pro or a Relocation Report. Questions go to contact@fractalte.ch.

What the service is

Zenith Map is software that draws astrocartography maps: from a birth date, time and place it calculates where each planet was rising, setting or on the meridian, and compares places on those lines alongside practical data such as climate and language. The astronomy is calculated and checked as described on the methodology page; the meanings given to the lines come from the astrological tradition and are offered for reflection and entertainment.

Nothing on the site or in a report is financial, legal, tax, immigration, medical or relocation advice, and none of it predicts what will happen to you. Decisions about where to live or travel are yours; check the practical facts with the proper sources before acting on them.

Accounts

The map works without an account. An account, signed into with a link sent to your email, keeps your charts and purchases. You must be at least 16, give an email address you control and keep access to it to yourself. You can download your data or delete the account at any time from the account page.

Pro and Relocation Reports

• Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price shown on the Free and Pro page when you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your account, and Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid.
• A Relocation Report is a one-off purchase: a written reading of up to three places you are considering, produced from the numbers on your map and checked against them. It is written when you ask for it and shown in your account, where you can save it as a PDF. With Pro a report costs less, and yearly Pro includes one report for each paid year; a report paid for or included and not yet written stays in your account.
• Payments are taken by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, or UAE dirhams for customers in the UAE; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. If we change the price of Pro, we tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds are set out in the refund policy.

Fair use

Use the site for your own charts and those of people who have agreed to it. Do not try to break or overload it, get around the limits of the free plan, scrape it, or resell its output as your own service. We may suspend an account that does; for a paid account we refund the unused part of the period unless the account was used for fraud.

What is ours and what is yours

The software, the texts that interpret the lines and the design belong to us. The birth details you enter and the charts you save are yours; we use them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You may share your maps, cards and reports as you like.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site running and its calculations correct, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes, ending and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and for a change that matters to paying customers we email them first. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai decide disputes, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
